On Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th September, Mailbox was extremely proud to host the charity Dragon Boat Race, fundraising for Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
Community is a huge focus for Mailbox, so we were excited to be able to host the event for the second year running. With 41 teams of 17 rowers each across the two days, the Canalside was buzzing with activity.
We were thrilled that Team Mailbox came third out of 24 teams on the Friday and raised over £3,000 for charity, with the event raising a total of £186,192.95 and counting – a fantastic result for a fantastic cause!
