Q-Park Mailbox
Our award winning Q-Park car park offers secure parking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

EV Charging Points
Q-Park also has eight Pay As You Go 22kW Electric Vehicle charging points, which are operated by BLINK and located on Level G.
Parking Charges
Rates as below to a maximum of £25.50 for any 24 hour period.
You may park for more than 24 hours. After each 24 hour period the tariff will be reset.
Payment by card only. Use Ringo or Pay By Phone.

Please note, the rate you receive on entry endures for your entire visit.
Lost tickets will be charged at the full 24 hour rate for each day or part thereof of your visit.
You may park for longer than 24 hours, after each 24 hour period the tariff will repeat.
Blue badge holders are required to pay the standard tariff.
No filming or photography without permission.
Disabled Parking
The routes from the accessible parking bays to Mailbox’s restaurants, bars and shops are step-free with dropped kerbs where necessary.
Please note, the standard car park tariff applies for users of accessible spaces and Blue badges must be displayed.
Birmingham Clean Air Zone
Over 300 road signs are in place to alert drivers about the Clean Air Zone.

Enjoy parking for up to 12 hours between 12pm – 1pm for just £5.60.
If members do not have a valid membership card to present, THSH can produce an email confirmation of renewed membership for a limited time, provided it displays the order number.
