Overview of Role
To represent Gieves and Hawkes with integrity and professionalism, continuously seeking ways to surprise and delight the Client. The Sales Associate is a vital role, supporting the ongoing success of the brand.
This individual will be adept at providing exceptional customer care, clear and considerate communication, and will possess a natural flair to sell.
We seek someone who has previously worked in retail within and has the confidence and demeanour to look after our Clients knowledgeably and professionally, often under pressure to deliver within short timeframes and/or high expectations.
