Mailbox Occupier Survey Competition Terms & Conditions
- The promoter of the competition is Mailbox, Birmingham.
- Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions; it is a condition that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor abides by these rules.
- The prize draw is open to occupiers of Mailbox, excluding Mailbox employees, their immediate family, or any person or company associated with the draw.
- By entering you confirm that you are eligible to do so.
- Entrants must enter the promotion themselves and not on behalf of anyone else.
- Mailbox may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter this promotion.
- The closing date of the competition is 21st July 2023.
- The prize includes 3 x £100 vouchers from a Mailbox occupier of your choice, one prize per person.
- Three winners will be chosen at random and contacted via email by Mailbox by 28th July 2023.
- The email address provided by entering the competition
- The decision of the winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Should Mailbox be unable to contact the winner within 72 hours, or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, we reserve the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- The prizes featured are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
- The winner will need to collect the prize from Mailbox at a mutually convenient time.
- Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter.
- Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions the promoter may, at is sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion.
