At the bottom of a stunning spiral staircase, you’ll find the brand new Harvey Nichols restaurant and bar. With a menu curated exclusively for Harvey Nichols Birmingham by Michelin-starred chef, and proud Brummie, Glynn Purnell, it’s no surprise the restaurant is one of the highlights of the new store.
Set to refine the dining experience in store, Glynn’s menu features a range of sharing plates, allowing you to mix and match different dishes to suit your tastes. On the menu you’ll find a range tempting of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. From Glynn’s signature Hampshire pork belly and Carpaccio of Herefordshire beef to roasted scallops, Scorched Provençal squid and a super seed salad, you’ll be spoilt for choice.
