VEG OUT AT HARVEY NICHOLS
Harvey Nichols Birmingham makes vegetables the star of the show with the launch of its new vegan dishes. To encourage diners to experiment with new flavours, Head Chef Stewart Mackie and his team have created a range of mains for the Brasserie menu using seasonal ingredients. Tuck into butternut squash superfood salad with grilled courgette, quinoa, baby spinach, avocado, edamame beans, pomegranate and lemon dressing; or sous vide aubergine with red pepper tagine, sweet potato and apricot.

INDIAN STREET FOOD AT INDICO
Spice up your lunch time or evening with a selection of vegan dishes at Indico. The dedicated plant-based menu features starters, street food chaats, mains, sides and desserts. To get your mouth-watering, choose from pani puri, puffed, hollow pastry-pockets, served with seasoned potatoes and a cooling mint-flavoured; classic deep-fried aloo pyaz ke pakora fritters made from spiced potatoes, onions, spinach, green chillies and coriander; and Punjabi choley, chickpeas made the Punjabi way in a masala spiced onion and tomato sauce.

PIZZA EXPRESS VEGAN MENU
If you love pizza as much as we do, head to Pizza Express at Mailbox to enjoy a selection of vegan alternatives. Plump for the Giardiniera with artichoke, mushrooms, red onion and black olives, with tomato, vegan mozzarella alternative, garlic oil and parsley on a classic base; or there’s the Calzone Verdure with roasted peppers, aubergine and courgette with spinach, smoky tomato harissa, hot chilli, tomato with garlic and topped with rosemary.
