Tuck into a range of sharing plates, mains and snacks as Harvey Nichols Birmingham launches its new bar menu. Created by Head Chef Stewart Mackie, the range of modern and traditional dishes are designed to pair perfectly with the store’s extensive selection of cocktails, aperitifs and wines.
Available in the Bar, small plates include artisan breads, arancini with tomato and chilli jam, BBQ chicken croquettes, and mini pork flatbreads; while for mains there’s Harvey Nichols IPA battered fish and chips with pea purée and curry sauce, and beef burger with bacon and Applewood cheese. And there’s three sharing platters to choose from, including a vegetarian option with aubergine and mint bruschetta, hummus, pickled balsamic onions, mini Camembert, flatbread, pesto stuffed red pepper, arancini and mixed olives.
With one of the most Instagram-worthy entrances in Birmingham, the sweeping spiral staircase at the Harvey Nichols Bar certainly guarantees you arrive in style. As the glamorous destination for discerning drinkers, its relaxed style provides the ideal spot for cocktail lovers and wine enthusiasts. Sit back in one of the stylish velvet chairs or relax in the leather banquettes and enjoy an elegant evening away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The window-style display cabinets behind the bar house a whole host of interesting ingredients to create a range of luxurious tipples, from the classics to the most contemporary.
