How can we keep skin hydrated and healthy this winter? Do you recommend any specific products?
During the winter months, our skin can feel aggravated and dry so it’s important to look after it and keep our hydration levels in check. Drinking adequate amounts of water throughout the day and prepping the skin with an SPF is a must to ensure protection from daily sun exposure even when the temperature doesn’t reflect it! Face masks and sprays are also key to keeping skin hydrated this season. The Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Cucumber and Green Tea, £12, invigorates dull, tired skin with an infusion of cucumber and peppermint essential waters.
Environ Hydrating Oil Capsules, £47 are perfect for pampering dry, tired skin as they contain a special blend of retinol and antioxidants which help to revitalise the complexion, leaving it looking radiant and silky-soft to the touch.
Black Rose precious Face Oil, £163 is Sisley’s first skin care oil for dry or mature skin. With a high concentration of active ingredients, this silky-smooth face oil boasts a powerful blend of plant-based active ingredients that nourish, regenerate and protect for a radiant complexion.
La Mer Revitalising Hydrating Serum, £180, is a high-speed serum that created a micro cloud of moisture to awaken a look of vitality, one drop at a time.
Inspired by harmonising rituals of ancient Ayurvedic healing, Chinese medicine and Shamanic practices, ESPA Nourishing Balm, £80, restores balance and connection whilst hydrating the body by using ingredients like ylang ylang, ginger and vetiver oils.
