It’s National Vegetarian Week and Côte Brasserie have launched a brand new vegetarian food and drink menu.
The new vegetarian à la carte menu includes Café Rouge’s classic dishes including the French onion soup with sourdough and melted mozzarella croute and wild mushrooms on toasted brioche. There are new additions to the vegetarian offerings, including a range of rustic dishes including braised Puy lentils with roasted vegetables and poached egg; and grilled spinach alongside cheddar sausages with Salardaise potatoes. The menu includes most of Côte’s full dessert menu and their signature crème caramel with decadent rich chocolate mousse.
What sets Côte’s vegetarian menu apart is an inclusion of a vegetarian wine list. Recognising that many wines are traditionally made using non-vegetarian finings processes; Côte offers a truly vegetarian experience. The resulting menu allows Côte’s vegetarian guests to dine from a fully comprehensive vegetarian menu.
