Join Harvey Nichols for an Italian feast, hosted by former Harvey Nichols Chef Angelina Adamo. Enjoy five courses, in a traditional Italian family style fashion at Harvey Nichols Brasserie.
Since leaving Harvey Nichols, Angelina has worked at local Michelin starred restaurant Simpsons and under Adam Jackson at The Park, before setting up her private dining at home business tuttoAPPOSTO.
Angelina told us “Having a family from Sicily, a little passionate island, food has always been the centre of attention. Food brings us all together – whether it be family or friends, and this is why I love it so much. I love that Italian food doesn’t have to be fussy, it comes from the heart and that’s all you need to make it just so tasty.”
Enjoy truffle gnocchi on arrival, followed by a sharing style antipasti course of olives, focaccia, whipped Mortadella spread, pea and ricotta arancini and burrata, heritage tomatoes, basil. For the fish course Angelina is treating us to prawn, chilli bisque, garlic and parlsey linguine, followed by lamb rump for mains, served with basil emulsion, courgettes, sweet and sour tomatoes and lamb sauce. In true Italian style you won’t be left hungry, with a pellet cleanser of melon granita, a dessert of baba Neopaltana with lemon curd, mascarpone ice cream and limoncello syrup, finished off with petit fours of mini chocolate cannoli.
