LAUNCHING JUST IN TIME FOR SUMMER, THE REVAMPED MENU INCLUDES CLASSIC DISHES AND THE FINEST FLAVOURS OF THE SEASON
Harvey Nichols has launched a new Brasserie Menu to champion a great range of classic dishes and seasonal specials. Designed to offer a refreshed dining experience, the carefully-curated menu features appetising starters, hearty mains, meats from the grill, tempting sides and mouth-watering desserts.
Much-loved Harvey Nichols Classics – such as the timeless beef burger, superfood salad, fish and chips, chicken club sandwich and Caesar salad – are now available on every Brasserie Menu, so no matter which store you’re shopping in you’ll be able to order your favourite dish.
To ensure every Brasserie menu reflects its region, each Head Chef has sourced local producers to offer the finest ingredients. For the new season, Birmingham Brasserie’s highlights include roasted aubergine risotto with halloumi and smoked almond crumb; lamb rump with root vegetables and truffled pearl barley broth; and scallops with sweetcorn purée, charred corn and puffed rice.
