The Edible Art Patisserie Macaron Boutique has launched at Harvey Nichols Birmingham.
Owned by top pastry chef, Damien Wager, Edible Art has quickly become a market leader in modern patisserie within the UK. His eye-catching creations combine classic French techniques, with modern American methods. The unique desserts come in an array of unique flavours, a rainbow of colours and exquisitely packaged.
The new concession will offer 24 flavours of macarons including six exclusives inspired by Harvey Nichols Foodmarket and Wineshop favourites including, Harvey Nichols expresso martini, cherry curd and wildflower honey. Further flavours include roasted tonka and macadamia, chilli chocolate and lemon verbena.
Edible Art Patisserie Macaron Boutique will open during store opening hours, Sunday: 11am – 5pm, Monday to Wednesday: 10am – 6pm and Thursday to Saturday: 10am – 7pm.
